Dazed and Confused star Milla Jovovich may be a little dazed but definitely not confused by all the success she accomplished since her role as Michelle Burroughs in the 1993 movie, Dazed and Confused. The actress and supermodel has taken the world by storm with her beauty and alluring personality. Her personal drive and strong educational background has provided her with many opportunities for success, however, she will not be able to forget how her Dazed and Confused character brought her to pop culture status.

Dazed and Confused, a film that was written and directed by Richard Linklater, was not a box office hit. Nevertheless, since its release the film has retained a cult film status that has brought it appreciation well into the new century. Director Quentin Tarantino included Dazed and Confused on his list of greatest films of all time and the film was ranked third on Entertainment Weekly's list of the fifty best high school movies. Milla Jovovich played Michelle Burroughs, one of the many Dazed and Confused stars. She is the rebellious high school girlfriend of the lead character Randall Pink Floyd, played by fellow Dazed and Confused star Jason London. The film is based on the last day of school in 1976, and revolves around the story of a variety of students at a Texas high school. Milla's opening scene in the movie depicts her character hanging out at her boyfriend's house, smoking pot, and exchanging pot and money. Despite the illegal nature of this scene, there is no illusion to the potential lifestyles of high school teens depicted by the Dazed and Confused stars. Since then the Dazed and Confused stars have gained a unique status that is recognized by multiple generations of young adults and movie buffs alike.

Jovovich has since become a renowned supermodel and actress. As a supermodel, Jovovich has graced the covers of Vogue, Cosmopolitan, The Face and other world recognized magazines. This Dazed and Confused star has been featured in ad campaigns for several brands, including Banana Republic, Christian Dior, Damiani, Donna Karan, Gap, Versace, and is also the international spokeswomen for L'Oreal cosmetics. In 2004, the Dazed and Confused star was recognized as being the highest paid supermodel in the world. Recently in 2006, Jovovich became the spokesmodel for Spanish clothing retailer, Mango.
